Z-Bau (Cultural Centre Z-Building)  

The Z-Building is part of a complex which is still called "SS Barracks" by many people locally. After the US-American troops– who had used the area for the past 40 years – moved out, part of the building was renovated, but the Z-Building was condemned for demolition up until the end of 1999. After long negotiations, the newly founded "Z-Building company" took over, refurbished the building and created an attractive venue for live music, bar-dj-ing and clubbing.
