From insider tip to main attraction: there is no better way to describe the development of the open air stage in the ruins of Saint Catherine's. For a long time now, established series of events such as "The Art of Jazz" or "Südwind" have managed to attract dedicated fan audiences.

The powerful voices of a cappella choirs, rocky vocal groups, or stars from the Berlin scene perform here. But this venue is also a haven for folk music, and the friends of Nuremberg's medieval cobbler and dramatist Hans Sachs and his comedies can come to listen to his eternal wisdom in open air shows.
