Lebkuchen and roast sausages contribute to Nuremberg's fame all over the world. As "Drei im Weggla" (three sausages in a roll), the thumb-sized sausages are a quality "fast food" with style, popular with both Nuremberg citizens and tourists. Nuremberg's culinary spectrum spans from sausages, roasted on a charcoal grill in traditional style, to star-restaurants, including speciality restaurants from many countries all over the world.

Street cafés and coffee-bars are ideal for a little rest. And when the weather is good, a visit to one of the beer-gardens is definitely a must. At night, a lively club scene lures night-owls into pubs, bars and discos.
