The sumptuous façade of the Old City Hall looks almost like an Italian palazzo. The city's fate is still determined here to this day. The oldest part of the building houses the splendid "Great Hall", a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. The gruesome dungeons below can be visited on a guided tour.
