Nuremberg. Where the future is alive
Nuremberg is thriving as a top German destination for businesses and young professionals, according to the new business report of the Department for Economic Affairs of the City of Nuremberg. More and more people want to live and work in Nuremberg. The city now has over 530,000 inhabitants, more than ever before. The city continues to undergo redevelopment and refurbishment in order to house these businesses. As this redevelopment continues and the appeal of Nuremberg increases, commercial investors are maintaining their interest in the city. In the last year Nuremberg reached a transaction volume of one billion. In the last 3 years the transaction volume has nearly doubled.
Nuremberg offers investors and project developers excellent opportunities with relatively stable returns. In order that this remains the case and that the demand for building plots can be met with an attractive offer in line with needs, the rapid development of new residential and commercial space is being promoted as a top priority. The requirement is for exciting, innovative concepts and ideas in order to offer new projects that make the city even more attractive.
