Peace Banquet 2008

On Saturday, October 11, 2008 the traditional “Nuremberg Peace Banquet” was held in Nuremberg’s City Chambers.

About 180 guests enjoyed a four courses menue and donated the amount of 55.855 euros. This money was used to build new class rooms for the secondary school “École Technique Saint Peter Igihozo“ in Rwanda. Moreover, the activities of the National Unity and Reconciliation Commission of Rwanda will be supported for the coming years. On the premises of the school Saint Peter Igihozo an office building for this reconciliation commission was erected as well.
